About the Founders

Dov & Company was founded by sisters Maria and Sofia, who reconnected during the pandemic. What started as a fine jewelry brand quickly became part of the local pop-up scene, where we met an incredible community of women entrepreneurs in the DMV.

We dreamed of something bigger than just another store — we wanted to build a space where creativity, shopping, and supporting women all come together.

Today, Dov & Co is home to 19 local women-owned brands, offering handcrafted goods that are as unique as the women who make them. Shop in-store, design your own accessories, and join our workshops — it’s more than shopping; it’s a movement.
